The Techno Combustion Monitor Model TCM is a small portable battery powered gas analyser measuring Oxygen, Carbon Monoxide readings displayed on 3 1/2 digit 12mm high LCD. The probe for temperature and gas is a single combined probe with a filter and cooler. A rubber connecting hose is provided to connect it to the instrument.

Applications
Model TCM is ideal for checking of flue gases of Boilers, Furnaces, Cement Kilns Or Heaters for excess air or unburnt combustibles condition to increase combustion efficiency. Model TCM can also be used for checking the calibration of on line equipment or substitute for it semi continuously with certain precautions. Model TCM can serve at any required spot in the plant or for laboratory use, being portable and quick and easy to use. The fuel/air ratio is optimum when CO indication just becomes present from a no CO situation after a small reduction in air supply. The fuel/air ratio can be fine tuned as the operator reads 02 and CO simultaneously, keeping both CO & 02 to a practical minimum to optimize combustion.
