INSTRUMENT
TECHNOVATION OXY-METER MODEL EC-55 is a portable or panel mountable continuous monitoring oxy-meter working on batteries or mains supply of 230V AC.ystal display, 12 mm high, for a 0-25% oxygen range with 0.01 steps from 0-20% 02 and 0 to 25% with 0.1 steps by a selector switch. EC-55 uses a long-lasting electrochemical sensor.

APPLICATIONS
- MODEL EC-55 is specifically designed for use in Oxygen plants where the vented gases are mainly nitrogen and some wasted oxygen. Monitoring the vent gases could tell when the % oxygen in nitrogen stream has reached an abnormally high % necessitating corrective action within the oxygen plant's operational parameters so as to reduce the wasted oxygen and increase oxygen output.
- A single percent of oxygen reduced in the vent gases would increase the oxygen production by the equivalent amount leading to a one percent improvement in the oxygen plant's production
